Hi Fred.

Well, ruling out what the problem can't be is still progress.  Yes, I 
did try "locate php.ini" on system in question, came up blank as well.  
Have not tried "find", as that would take a while and I do have locate 
installed and running.  If you would like, I will try "find" to see if I 
can see what the issue is.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
