All else fails, check out the mail relay service from Dyndns.org.  
http://www.dyndns.org/services/pricing/index.html#mailhop  Starts at 
$14.95 a year and allows up to 150 relays a day.  I use this just for 
the domains that bounce from a dynamic IP, everything else I set up to 
resolve via DNS.
