Only one if the DVDs is bootable. The others have ISOs you have to
burn to use them. So not only do you need a DVD drive, you need a CD
burner. Yes you can just mount the CD ISO to get to some of the data,
but not if you want to boot off of one.
So I got 1a, 1b and 1c.
- 1c is the SuSE 9.1 Pro and is bootable, easy install
- 1b is SuSE 8.2 Pro and Ximian Desktop 2, with 6 ISOs total. You
can't install from the DVD.
- 1a is SuSE 8 Enterprise, RedCarpet 2, GroupWise 6.5, and some other
stuff and they are all ISOs.
The licensing is the same as downloading. There is no support unless
you buy a license.
Check the readme on 1a or 1b for details about what each DVD has.
