That's because they've had cost to 100% share for so long - they
just aren't used to the concept of caring about that.

The interesting thing about the present situation is that a very
small percentage reduction in their share becomes a very large
percentage increase for us.  If their share drops 5%, our share
doubles.

This is useful to bear in mind because doubling our size doubles
not only the customer base - but also the developer base.
