the one at Gardenridge in Plano is still there, but relocated to a
bigger store on the other side of the main entrance hallway... was there
just last night... had a LOT of Windows 2K books, certification study
guides and various programming books (especially Java)... kinda thin on
the Linux... well maybe it just seemed thin since I already had all the
one from there I wanted :-)

Another local, cheap source is the 75% off ( a.k.a. $5 book store )
There was one located in the Compusa Shopping center on march and
beltine, one at the gardenridge mall in n. plano, and there used to
be one in ft.worth at 820 and Rufe Snow... but I don't know if the
one on Rufe Snow or the one next to Compusa on beltline is still
there, but the one in N. Plano was there a few weeks ago. I always
come out of there with a few books.

There are usually a few linux books ( and a lot of computer books in
general ) and nothing is over $5.
