Howdy,
  We have Birch Telecom at my office.  I don't pay for it, so I don't
know the cost(I have heard it described as cheap).  The data circuit has
been pretty good.  There were a couple of outages recently, but they
traced it to where someone was digging where they shouldn't.  I don't
blame Birch for that.  The voice circuit is a little sub-par.  The sound
quality is fine, but you have to be careful and not dial too fast.
