As the lead developer for an active open source project (www.pmwiki.org),
I'd be most interested in hearing about "important open source development
philosophies".  But I suspect I might be in the minority on this one.  :-)

I'd be quite happy to give or help with a presentation on the topic of 
how others, especially non-programmers, can contribute to open-source 
projects.  Most of the PmWiki development community consists of people 
who are non-programmers.  Or, instead of/in addition to a presentation
I'd also be happy to write a document for publication/distribution
via the listserv on the topic (but I don't want to "steal" David's 
thunder here since he first suggested this).
