My guess is that it's one rebate per person.. but
you have to be one of the first 1,000.

There is no longer a commercial/non-commercial
usage clause/differentiation with VMware Workstation.
Anyone who purchased a non-commercial version (back
when that was offered) was upgraded to the full
version when they upgraded (if they upgraded).
