I just got this on another email list and it is so useful that I thought
I would post it here.


 >> If you telnet from your server to relay-test.mail-abuse.org,
 >> they will try to relay through your server (trying all sorts of

 >> They won't blacklist you if you turn out positive.

Be ready for a blank screen for a few seconds while it runs it's tests, 
then you get a report via the telnet session and the server disconnects.
