Thanks.  Not as straight-forward as I had hoped, but nevertheless I 
have been reading through them.

I also discovered that Libranet (Debian) installed docs in 
/usr/share/doc/bittorrent/ including a README.txt.gz file.  I've been 
looking through that and it looks promising.  I probably should have 
looked there first, but am still kinda new to Libranet.  Coming from 
Red Hat, I would have done 'rpm -qil bittorrent'  Don't know yet how to 
do the equivalent in Libranet.
