Has anyone setup a torrent server under Libranet (Debian)?

I'm trying to serve up some OpenSource software ISOs via BitTorrent, 
but have not found any good step-by-step instructions on setting up a 
torrent server.  I've checked the main BT site, but the instructions 
are for Windows:

And the man pages are not helpful at all.  Will continue googling, but 
so far I've only been hitting servers that are serving torrent files, 
but no descriptions on how to set one up.

If anyone knows of a good place with instructions, I'd be glad to hear 
about it.
