I've heard good things about Sprocket Data - they are very Open Source 
friendly.  I don't know if you are a Perl fan or not but Randal Schwartz 
hosts his site there.

They have dedicated servers from $35/month and Colocation from $49.

Depending on your needs and financial considerations, have you 
considered a virtual-dedicated service. http://www.jvds.com/ - for 
example - starts at $12.50/month.
