I think that reporting Graham Cluley's speculation on the reason
behind the creation of the mydoom/novarg/sco.a worm is irresponsible.
It disturbs me to see it on the sophos.com's home page. Who is to
say that the mydoom/novarg/sco.a worm is not a spammer inflicted worm
trying to throw the blame? What if Microsoft is using it to
discredit Linux? What if it was a SCO creation to gain sympathy? I
know that all of these speculations are 'way out there', and that we
don't know the answer, but even US Presidents aren't above scandal!

As an IT support individual in the open source community, this story
distances me from Sophos as a company. I now feel less likely to
support a company and recommend its product when it assigns motives
and intentions to a community at large.. In this case, it is the
open source community.

You can tell Graham Cluley that I won't be looking forward to any
more of his opinions. I didn't see psycho-whats'it's after his name
in the article.. He's a technology consultant. Have him consult and
report on technology as it relates to FACT....not fiction.
