[NTLUG:Discuss] IBM/RedHat Laptop

I got a nifty new IBM Thinkpad G40 with the built in wireless controller
and naturally installed Linux in a dual boot scenario. I pretty much got
everything working except the wireless. I am using RedHat 9. I tried the
wlan-ng drivers but it kept saying device wasn't found etc when trying
to activate the controller on bootup. Anyone know where I should begin
to see what to do to get it working. I have read on several sites that
they got it working on the G40, but not sure if it is the built in or an
aftermarket card.
