HEY WOW! What a suggestion! I played with some of the .KDE files for a while
then got the idea to go into my actual IMAP maildir and wipe out the files
there. Since SOME of my IMAP mailboxes seem to work..my theory is that it
has to be something on the server side interacting with KMAIL.. I deleted my
courierimapuidbb and courierimapsubscribed files... and there are all my
messages once again.
I'll keep my eye out on those files, my inbox and how accessing this inbox
from several mail clients affects things.
Thanks Lance for that suggestion. BTW I couldn't find the 'expire messages
after __days" option.
oh..and to everyone else. Sorry about the linux 'bad mouthing'. I was just
really frustrated.
