Ken, I think we've reached the limit on this thread. So, no more after 
this, please. An ex-employee told them we were involved in piracy 
strictly to harrass us. They didn't believe me when I told them we were 
an ISV and a Linux shop.

They wanted to verify the ex-employee's story. After the audit, they 
billed me for $41,500.

I disagreed and it took a year of bickering and doing "discovery" before 
they went away. They wanted us to pay their legal fees.

If you have an interest in the subject, you can report yourself and go 
through an audit. I shouldn't have mentioned it. It's a very sore topic.
