Yes, I have a P-133 at home and P-100 at work both running RH5.2. It's
a tad slow on large files and large graphical tasks but it does run and
run well. I wouldn't be running something like KDE or Gnome it definitely
doesn't have enough memory or CPU for those but FVWM or some of the
"lighter" GUIs will work fine.
