Personally, I suggest that you would be extremely disappointed if you 
brought the license.

SCO got bad advice. I was planning on filing my own lawsuit until I got 
wind of the Red Hat plans which were very closely held. They followed 
the strategy to the letter. It seemed obvious to me.  I think maybe Red 
Hat waited until they could show loss in revenue which was very smart.

Watch the SEC wade into this in a few days. You'll see a market 
manipulation action and investigaion which will effectly shut SCO down. 
Next, a couple of class actions for peoplpe who sold Red Hat and people 
who bought SCO.

The case law on what they've done reaches back to the 1930's. I wonder 
what David Boise could have been thinking. He's not had many winners lately.

It won't be long before we see a RIP sign on the SCO web site. The 
lawyers are involved now and they smell BLOOD.
