[NTLUG:Discuss] found this on SCO vs Linux

SCO is owned by a holdings company (can't remember their name) that is 
known for law suits.  This is what they do, and use it as a viable 
business model.   They are infact doing dirty work for other businesses, 
but not for them.  We've already seens some of those businesses kick 
money SCO's way in support of this legal action.
