Minor nit -- guess it depends on where you come from but...  UUNet
did not spring up "a few years ago".  I remember attending an open
house in the Falls Church, VA office back in 1990-91 time frame. 
Brand, spanking new offices for them but UUNet had been around a
few years before that, sprung as a for-profit company by USENET, I
believe.

Sorry if I've got something wrong there but's been a few years and
the grey matter, well, it's starting to smell.  :-)
