Hello,
I tried the following in both my personal crontab and the root crontab:
30 09 * * * echo "test" > /tmp/jjj
# Echo "test" at 9:30am every day
I don't get an error when exiting entering this but it doesn't work. As a
matter of fact, I can't get the crontab to work at all. This command works
on my Solaris box. When I do crontab -l on Unix it is empty too.
Any suggestions on what might be happening or testing this? Or if I'm just
doing something stupid?
Thanks, Jay
