[NTLUG:Discuss] keyboard bounce on laptop on mandrake 9.1

I have a Toshiba laptop as well and love it. Being free with a wireless 
nic is so nice. Anyway in your XF86Config file under the section labeled 
InputDevice if you scroll down a ways you will see a line that says.

Option "XkbDisable" uncomment that line or if you do not have  it add it.

That should resolve your troubles with a restart of X.

Some apps such as VMWare might complain about this but should still work.
