[NTLUG:Discuss] Slack vs Redhat

Thanks for all of the replies everyone. I am speaking about this for
home use only right now as I am seriously considering moving from Red
Hat to Slackware on my laptop. On the MP3 subject, sorry, I was just
using that as an example, I know that the fix is out there and easy
enough for even a beginner linux user to do. Another thing I notice with
Slack 9 is that they did away with the evolution package, which I really
liked, but I guess change is good :) keeps you on your toes. I guess
there is only one way to find out if it is going to be what I want is to
do it, so I am :) What am I going to lose an hour installing and
reinstalling? Thanks again everyone
