I did a debian install onto the drive from another machine, then
installed it back in the qube to get the rest of the bits in place.

I'm running a 2.4.19 kernel and having issues with the driver for the
built in ethernet ports. If you run with a PCI ethernet card all is
well. With the built in ones, simultaneous ether and serial activity can
cause complete lockups.
I'd be happy to show it, once the moving trucks get here. ;-)
