Yes, pretty sure. I downloaded the new kernel sources in my home dir. I
deletd the symlink /usr/src/linux
which pointed to 2.4.19-4GB before even unpacking the new sources. Unpacked
in my home dir, then
copied the sources in its own 2.4.19 toplevel directory to /usr/src, then
symlinked /usr/src/linux to the
new sources. I didn't touch anything in the original suse sources.
