[NTLUG:Discuss] Building a 2U computer

I've run into a snag with my new 2u computer I'm
building.
With a 2U computer, you need a 90deg riser card
since the cards have to mount sideways.
The place that the riser card needs to connect
to is where the AGP slot on the motherboard is.
It looks like this 2U case is configured so that
it expects a PCI slot to be where the AGP slot is.
I thought that I had a newer, decent 2U case.
Are there different types of 2U cases... some
are built to allow for an AGP slot and some
are not or do all 2U cases assume that you
have an old motherboard without an AGP slot
or do I have a screwed up motherboard and
another AGP motherboard would work?
If anyone has any real world experience with
this ( 2u case and AGP slot ) let me know.
Thanks.
jack
