I hope I don't get you guys off track but in trying to follow this
thread I find that I don't have
/etc/ssh2 I just have /etc/ssh
In stead of /etc/ssh2/ssh2d_config I have /etc/ssh/sshd_config
Could be because I have an earlier version of ssh? Maybe I should upgrade?
(my manpage mentions "SSH protocol version 1")
I think mine uses
/home/terry/.ssh/known_hosts
but I also see
/home/terry/.ssh/nil
and in my /etc/ssh directory I see:
moduli ssh_host_dsa_key ssh_host_key.pub ssh_config
ssh_host_dsa_key.pub ssh_host_rsa_key
sshd_config ssh_host_key & ssh_host_rsa_key.pub
