Ok, I got my home account set back to Gnome, but here's how I had to do
it. I took Kevins advice (from NTLUG) and checked out the xinitc file
in /etc/X11/xinit and it referenced a .Xsessions file in the user home
directories. Further investigation found this file...
.Xclients-localhost.localdomain:0
and, lo and behold, check out what it had in it...
#!/bin/bash
# (c) 2000 Red Hat, Inc.
exec /usr/bin/enlightenment
I moved the file to the Trash bin just to see if it would work, then
logged out and logged back in and now I'm back in Gnome. Those users of
Enlightenment may need to Enlighten me of a better way to change to a
different window manager than this, but at least it worked.
Thanks for the hint, Kevin.
