Book mark question: Netscape 4: [Re: [NTLUG:Discuss] change a username]

Ok, as a continuation of the username change issue, I am getting an 
error in Netscape 4, "Error saving bookmarks file" - where do I go to 
fix that, and what do I do?  Everything else seems to be OK.
