[NTLUG:Discuss] Running Windows Apps in Linux...

with my most recent install of RedHat8 (very polished BTW), I want to
again try and eliminate Windows as an OS from my machine.

I have just a few windows apps that I use, Quicken, etc. and my games. 

The two products that I have seen and heard a lot about are Codeweavers
Wine, and Transgaming Technologies WineX.

1) Are these 2 products different enough to coexist on the same machine?
2) Will one of the two provide enough functionality of the other so
only one is needed?

Anyone have enough information/experience to provide any pros and cons
to the 2 packages?
