[NTLUG:Discuss] PlainText Vs HTML

It doesn't matter to me either way, but sometimes the mail can start flying 
fast, and that could get to be a pain if we start getting too snazzy with 
stuff. I don't see why we couldn't allow it for instance a screenshot of 
something. I don't know that we should not just doing what we are doing, but 
allow some things to be used when needed. :)
