Yes, I had 3 domains registered through them and recently transfered
them to register.com. It took me 4 months to have them transfer the
domains, and a phone call, not letting up till I got a supervisor on the
phone and he did all of the e-mail SOA's with me while we were on the
phone. When I was trying to do the transfers, everything was email
based, had to come from the original e-mail address that you used when
registering the sight. This means if you are using sendmail for your
e-mail, they will not accept it as a confirmation because it did not
come from the original e-mail account. On the flip side, Register.com is
great, you can make all of the DNS or IP changes and record changes that
you want right through the control panel. No e-mail hassles, no phone
calls. Hope this helps
