Hello:

I have a DSL line coming into my RedHat 8.0 Linux box.

If I am making a large file transfer, my ssh sessions
begin to crawl.

Is there a way for me to set up routing so that I limit the
bandwidth of all connections except ssh so I have some
"reserved space" on my line for it?
