I traced this one down to the chip maker (Micron P/N: MT48LC16M16A 75 C
TG) as a 32 MB SDRAM Chip, CAS Latency of 2, access time of 6ns, PC 133
compliant.
The DIMM has 4 chips, thus it should be a 128 MB SDRAM DIMM. The DIMMs
themselves are labled as PC100 128MB CL2.
The only other marking on the DIMM label is a star - is that a brand?
Still I shall take them in to work tomorrow to see if I can check them
in a newer machine (target machine is, after all, from 1998).
