Assuming that NFS client services are running on box B; the possible
problems which come to mind are:

1. Box A doesn't have a route back to box B.
2. Box B is running a firewall which is blocking the NFS service.

( I'm not making a judgement about your competence here, these are
   just things which have bitten the butt of a "friend" of mine who
   wishes to remain anonymous. )
