I think W2K sp3 is "more evil" than XP rc1.  Just my observation.
Granted both are designed to send info to MS and possibly disable
a less than "MS certified" installation, but you certainly don't want
your servers rebooting randomly on their own.

Some day, MS may understand what 24x7x365 means... and
may implement some of those concepts into their OS's and when
they do, I'm sure they'll assign someone to "fix" that as well :-)
