Agreed.  Flushing the local cache is the easiest way to deal with this. 
 However,
a company with multiple location might employ some kind of similar private
IP infrastructure where the IPs match up no matter where you are
I suppose... certainly a fairly unqiue case though.

I guess the best conclusion is to say that, depending upon ones
dhcp server, a mobile dhcp that goes across different dhcp
server configurations (moves from net to net) may encounter
some difficulties forcing you to clear your local cache.

However, if everyone uses ISC dhcpd, I would think things
should work fine (as long as the server and network are properly
configured).
