I still remember when I originally inquired about signing up with your
service, and you invited me over to your house to take a look at
"hex.net".  At that time, everything was in one airconditioned cabinet
in your garage.  I signed up immediately, and loved the personalized
customer support.  Thanks again for the great service while I was a
subscriber!
