I'm using 5.0 on RH 7.1 with KDE 2. Opera has it's uses...
It's fast and efficient when you're doing research and you need several
windows open.
I like it's book marking abilities... BUT, it has real problems with
some Javascipts, frames, and soem other items that take it beyond rendering
simple pages...
If you do alot of web research or web developement I highly recommend it.
Otherwise it's kinda lame. Oh, It also like to core dump on occasion.

On the subject of internet suites:
I downloaded an Opera .rpm for mandrake, but what I got is strictly for
8.2
and I'm still on 8.0. (upgrade planned.. still 15 days away.)
Has anyone got comments on Opera 5 under linux? Is it worth another
download
(on a 28.8 dialup?) Opera 5 windows meshes everything (web, mail,
messaging)
into a single browser with tabs pretty well (with an netzero type adbar
of
course...) I'm curious if it is all still available in linux.
