Editting an existing account is quite simple too (perhaps not obvious to you
though. :-) Go back to:
Edit menu in taskbar at top,
Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings
Then click on the account you want to edit in the pane on the left, and the
fields on right will change to show you the current settings. After you make
your changes, click OK. If the account is "closed up", click on the "+" to
expand the fields--there should be 6 sub-areas per email account. No, it's
not the same as it was in 4.x, but I didn't think it was that bad.

Think of it like learning a new language or OS, the fastest way to learn it is
by immersion (sp?).
