Seems illegal to me.  Will you get by with it?  If for personal use, maybe.
If for corporate use?  Depends on how many competitors you have out there.

I don't like it one bit.

I guess in the post Napster era, ethical questions are, shall we say, in
flux???  Why pay, when you can get it free?

To all you code writers out there:  What is your take on this?

No, you are right to question the legitimacy of this.  I can only hope this
is a "sting".  It is most certainly a "pirate", if not in the letter of the
law, then certainly the spirit of the law.

Since this isn't linux related, I will shut up now. :>
