Also, it's a big subject area.

I've been using Linux since before version 1.0.0 - and I can answer most
questions on graphics and stuff - but when it comes to things like email
setup, DNS and those kinds of things, I'm a complete newbie.  For other
people, the reverse is the case.

Hence, what may seem like a simple newbie question to some people can be
a really arcane piece of knowledge to another.
