[NTLUG:Discuss] lost files - how to recover

RE: [NTLUG:Discuss] qmail, closing an open relay, and startup issues.I am running SuSE linux 7.2.
I tried to install netscape6 and being not careful
the installer removed all of the files in my
home directory.  I have rebooted the machine
and the only directory left on my home dir
is .netscape, netscapeold, nsmail.
Is there any utilities I could use to recover
the files and directories that have been removed?
