[NTLUG:Discuss] Unsubscribe question

I have lost my welcome mail which had information on how to
unsubscribe the list.  So far I have really enjoyed the
discussions on this list and have learned a lot.  At moment I
had like unsubscribe from the list because of unavailability of
time to read.  Can some one please suggest me on how to
unsubscribe from the list?
