It pains me to say this, but for a server facing high load, you would be
better off with RedHat 6.2.  I'm not alone (see
http://www.linuxworld.com/site-stories/2002/0114.kernel.html  - The Kernel
of Pain) in finding all the 2.4 kernels thru 2.4.17 unstable under high
load).    This is like a dark and shameful truth in the linux community,
and we eagerly wait each kernel release hoping they've fixed it...
