can't speak for ctx, but kds replaced my broke monitor with a new one
before i even sent the busted one back. it was still under the 3 yr
warranty tho, don't know what kind of warranty you got.
you might want to contact ctx directly (if you haven't already) and see
what they can do for ya in your situation.
