no, I did not tell it that I want static kernel. if it is a part of basic
install, then I must miss up something.
I create this file by myself, linux seems just ignore. I set eth0 ne2k and
eth1 rtl8139 (yes, I know the NIC's chip type) , when I reboot the box, it
assign rtl8139 one as eth0 and ignore ne2k one! I wonder the card's order in
the slot make does matter.
I think that modutils package take care all modules stuff.
