I saw an ad like this once for someone with 10 years experience with 
Windows NT.

The people who write these ads are as stupid as the tech recruiters would 
like to believe we are.

I live in west Fort Worth, and I periodically get calls from recruiters.  
Since I'm now driving my truck as a medical services courier, I talk to 
them, but I will no longer travel to Dallas for one of their two minute 
"interviews" designed to tell them whether or not I can dress like a 
penguin.  I have been to so many of those "interviews" and never heard 
word one back that I just won't go anymore.

Anybody who believes that jobs in the "tech" sector are still 2:1 hasn't 
been out of work since February.
