if that doesn't work for you, also try the java version. i just downloaded
it and used it yesterday. but i'm using the reverse process as you: my
win2k box is the vnc server, and i wanted access via linux. you can even
just download the pre-compiled binaries for the java class files, so all
you have to do is copy the .class .jar and .vnc files to a web-accessible
directory on the linux box, and just use a browser on your windows box to
point to it.
