[NTLUG:Discuss] Lilo won't remap new kernel (2.4.13)

Hi Kyle.
Unfortunately, I have a severe time constraint, so don't have the time to do the original research right now.  This is why I am asking if somebody can spare a 
few hours to teach me (and fix my issues!).  And since this is related to my work, why I am willing to compensate for time spent.
